Teacher Grants 

Welcome to the PTA Teacher Grants page! This program is for teachers/staff to request grants from the PTA by submitting a request. Grant requests may be submitted for classroom goods, field trips & fees, department needs,  and student & advocacy groups, etc.

 

Grant submissions will be reviewed by a committee. Questions for the committee may be emailed to grants@hoggpta.org

 

To request a grant from the PTA, please complete a Grant Request form below. 

 

BEFORE you submit, please note:

  • Is the item you requested funded by HISD? If so, please work through those channels first.
  • Please discuss your request with your Department Head before submitting for purchase. 
  • You must be a PTA member to request a grant. You can join here.
  • For purchase requests, please include an active link whenever possible.

Click HERE for the Hogg Teacher Grant Request Form. Grants for the current school year will not be considered after May 1, 2025.

 

For reimbursement requests, the PTA is a 501©3 organization exempt from Texas sales tax. This means that we cannot reimburse sales tax. Also, because of our general liability insurance, the PTA cannot reimburse transportation costs (buses, etc.). Please use a tax exempt form when purchasing goods.
